Flight delayed by 6 hours – Chill, there is no help at hand

This is what happens when the GoAir flight is delayed by 6 hours with no proper response from the ground staff. itis high time that companies realise their responsiblities towards their customers and give a true meaning to the phrase “Customer Satisfaction”.
